Support for monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning processes is at the heart of i4Ds consulting practice. We develop customized frameworks, tools, and systems, and build client know-how through hands-on training and capacity development.
i4D has extensive experience helping organizations develop or improve their management practices and capacity to strengthen MEAL activities. Typically, we facilitate a collaborative process of formulating objectives, developing logical frameworks and performance measurement and reporting tools. We also create guidance materials to develop strong systems for monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and learning within organizations.
Working with IT professionals, i4D have also designed and implemented results-based Central Data Management and Aggregation Systems for clients. Developing effective, consolidated reporting systems is a multidisciplinary undertaking, and our experts collaborate closely with colleagues in the relevant program sectors, as well as results-based management and social science research specialists.
