i4D’s MEAL capacity building services include made-to-order workshops and seminars across our areas of sectoral and technical expertise. We also produce training and learning materials and assess and support clients’ individual and institutional capacity development needs.
We provide direct and “train-the-trainer” MEAL courses in English, Urdu and Bengali often as part of broader support to clients.
Client stakeholders – from grassroots beneficiary groups engaged in participatory monitoring and evaluation to government managers concerned with improving management systems – learn the theory and practice of monitoring, evaluation, data collection, and analysis through engaging hands-on activities, and participate in developing indicators and building frameworks, tools, and systems adapted to their needs.
